(w a v e s) is an ecosystem of related works integrating digital image, sound and video collage with social networks.
starting with )( tacowave )( a collection of themed internet communities were created and maintained as a practice.
these networks served as platforms from which content was sampled and remixed in the style of our previous work (assemblage)
the series resulted in 22 communities, 49 videos, hundreds of images and over 15 hours of sound collage.
